My 3 and a half month old female Stafford shire bull terrier wont eat,drink, being sick which is a yellow,her poo is like water.she used to be chubby now you can see her ribs, her breathing dont sound good shes weak and has a weird smell?

This severe vomiting, diarrhea, anorexia, weight loss, and lethargy will lead to severe dehydration, sepsis and death. The most common causes of severe illness in a dog of this age are parvo virus, toxin exposure, and foreign body obstruction.  There is not a lot you can do at home if she is vomiting and can't keep fluids or medications down.  This dog needs to be examined by a veterinarian immediately.

This happened to one of my Standard Poodles.  It turned out to be liver faliure...we couldn't save her.

I'm not a vet but you have got to get that puppy to an animal hospital, if you can not afford one try calling your local S.P.C.A. Or animal shelter for help, this does not sound good. She might not make it much longer!
