We adopted a female pitbull in Dec. After she was spayed. Her nipples are now swollen, red and blotchy. She is shedding like crazy and itchy. Any advise would be great?

Hi bought a one year old female pit-bull in January 2012. I find out she was pregnant, when she gave birth to five puppies on January 31 2012. She didn't look like she was pregnant. Before that when she goes potty there would be blood in her stool. Then it stops. After she gave birth, she go potty I see blood again. When she potty it is a mess. It has to be wash away. She has been deworm and had her shot I am currently feeding her ol'roy complete nutrition dog food. I wanted to know is the?
