My 5 year old miniture Schnauzer has started licking his back a lot. He doesn't have fleas and no other visible mites. He is Treated with K9 Advantex but has never had troubles with it in the past. What could be causeing all the licking?

My 11 year old yellow lab has started uncontrollable licking. Mostly her hind quarters, hips and back legs. She has licked the fur off in huge spots and is starting to lick sores in the skin. We tried spraying with Bactine - worked for a while - not any more. Bought a halo collar for her today and she hates that. It really scares her. Is there something else I can do to help her?

We rescued a mix breed (poodle & unknown mix) about 4 months ago from our locals animal control shelter, she is a small little girl, approx. 8-12 pounds. She was spayed aprrox. Three weeks ago and staples removed two weeks ago. I dont really know if this has anything to do with my question, but here recently she has been licking herself, I cant tell if she is licking her butt area or vaginal area, or her staple area. I dont know what to do with this situation, any ideas?

My 18mnth yorkie boy has just been neutered 3 days ago. Where he's been licking the wound it has become red and sore. The vet has looked but has given him nothing to ease it. Can i use allo vera gel on him to sooth it or what cream is suitable. Thank you?
