We have a very spoiled house cat! He's definitely the baby of the house. We would love to get a house puppy to add to our family, but i'm afraid that our cat will feel neglected or jealous. Would it be safe to bring a puppy into the household? All opinions welcome. Thanks :)

Please can someone give me a little advice. In the last month ive had a tom hanging round the house spraying everywhere, my tom Norman who ive had 15 years is getting very stressed and has even fought with it a couple of times and got hurt. Its getting to the point i darent even let him out of the house in fear he will get hurt. I dont know if it lives anywhere or is a stray.. Any ideas what i could do?

I adopted 2 1yr old cats a couple months ago. One loves me and the other one hates me but loves my bf. She won't come near me but she'll jump up and cuddle with him. She growls when I sit too close. I've given her space. Given her attention. Hand fed her. Played with her. Petted her. What more can I do? This is the 1st cat I have ever come across that doesn't like me. It's quite baffling. Any advice?

My one year old female diluted calico cat likes my boyfriend and not me. She lets him pick her up and hold her and even jumps up and wants to snuggle with him. But she avoids me and when I pick her up she goes nuts after just a few seconds. And when I get close to her face, she freaks out and wants to run off. I've hand fed her and she was fine with that but still doesn't like me. And I always give her attention and pet her. Is there something else I can do to make her like me?

My 8 year old ginger cat suffers from some sort of stress disorder, more noticably in the winter, and he is scared of his own shadow! He can be affectionate and sociable sometimes, and sits on mine and my parents' laps purring, occasionally. We have tried Feliway on him, but it didn't work. The vet was planning to prescribe feline antidepressants, but is there anything else we can try first?
