My dog keeps on bleeding from his anus and vomiting and he doesn't eat anything. I went to the vet today he gave him some vitamins, solvents, like glucose, and antibiotics in the artery vein. And diagnosed the problem that the dog ate something sharp and it's cutting his stomach. And now I called another vet and he made a different diagnosis that my dog has gastro-enteritis. So I'm not sure who's right and whose wrong?
