Y is my dog almost a year old and still peeing on herself? Its like she cant controll her blader if she gets excited she pees even if its on my foot or in the house

Hi, I have noticed that the eyes of our Siberian Husky (male) were dililating very weird.. One of his eyes pupils would get big and the other one small...Does anyone know why his pupils would do that?

I came home tonight and my 7 year old Husky did not look the same. He was walking slow and when he laid down he started screaching in pain. Once standing he was OK but when trying to lay down he would cry. He is laying down now but I am concerne?
