My 1year old lab had 11 puppies about 5weeks ago, we lost 1 at birth, 1 that day, and 1 the day after. They are now 5weeks old and 1 died yesterday and another today. I'm not sure what's going on. The mom doesn't seem to want to feed them when I'm around so I've started feeding them puppy chow with some instant milk. Why are they dying?

My jack russel beagel pup needs help! She is itching alot and has a lot of dandruff. She is losing fur under her arms and now on her hip. I think its dry skin but im not sure! What can i do to help her stop itching and grow her fur back? Thanks
