I have a 3 1/2 month old pit bull puppy, just recently started running little lopsided and noticed one of her ears is more droopy then the other, they were not like that before, can there be something neurologically wrong with her she has been fine until now, she has had most of her shots, just waiting for her 3rd set which is due in 2 weeks?

We have a 3 year old pit bull male (unneutered), and a 9 year old chihuahua mix (neutered). We take them both to our local dog park several times a week without incident. Today, however, a regular acquaintance at the dog park who has one young dog, was pet sitting an unneutered male beagle. The dog was nice, but for some reason, the pit bull wouldn't stop trying to attack it. Why did he single this dog out? He has never had issues with unneutered dogs before.
